The 2009 Swearing In Ceremony for new attorneys will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at 10 am at City Hall in downtown Memphis. All newly admitted attorneys to the Tennessee Bar will receive a letter about the event in the mail soon.
     Also, the MBA Young Lawyers Division will host the "Transitional Legal Education: The Nuts & Bolts of Practice in the Shelby County Courts" seminar for new attorneys on Thursday, November 19th from 1-4:30 pm at the Courthouse. This year's seminar will be co-sponsored by the Tennessee Bar Association and will immediately precede the MBA YLD Annual Meeting at the Rendezvous. Look for more details soon!
